Love You Today and Planner Pieces: Clips – Just $1.00

Pennysaver is here!!  I worked so hard in January to create a bunch of brand new products for just $1.00 during the entire month of February. You can expect mini kits, paper craft templates and fun cut files coming throughout the month!

This is what I have for you today:

Love You Today is a mini kit featuring several hand drawn elements and 10 papers in a bright and fun color palette!

I actually scrapped, people. Check this out!

I also have these super fun Planner Pieces: Clips! They cut so beautifully and they are the perfect way to dress up your planner or digital or traditional scrapbooking layout. As always, you can grab the file type you want (choose from the drop-down) and they are ONLY $1.00!

Alina had fun decorating her planner the other day:

They Call Me Mom

I had so much fun creating this little kit, They Call Me Mom, featuring some of my favorite colors.  I can’t get enough of blue and orange together!!

As you know, I started out in the digital scrapbooking industry as a papercraft template designer, which then morphed into creating cut files.  NOW, I’m branching out to digital kit design with the help and support of some of the top designers in the industry!  I learn SO much each time I create something new!  I hope you love this kit as much as I do!

I scrapped!

Grab the full kit, or grab just the papers, in my store at The Digital Press!

Favorite Catch

My sister’s family rented a beach house and invited us to join them earlier this week.  We took a little trip to a nearby lake where the kids all went fishing.  I created this layout to showcase my favorite catch of the day: the photo of my dad on the dock with my boys.  I love the vintage look to the photo and the fact that it showcases three very important people in my life.

I used Sunkissed by Dawn by Design (The Digichick)

My wonderful husband bought me an iPhone for my birthday!!  I’m in love with it!  One of my favorite apps is Instagram, which is a camera application which creates a fun vintage frame around my photo.  It looks like I processed my photo, but I didn’t!  SO easy!  I also love that I can take a bunch of everyday life photos with Instagram and share them instantly with my followers (mostly family and a couple of close friends), OR post on Facebook if I feel like it, which I sometimes do!  I’m trying to get all of my sisters on Instagram, and I think we are pretty close!

Fourth of July

I come from a HUGE family.  I’m the second oldest of 10 kids and most of my siblings are married with children.  About 3/4 of my tribe descended on my house beginning in late June, and about half of them are still here!

We came together to celebrate the life of my Grandpa who passed away on my birthday, June 23, 2012.  We know that my Grandpa is in heaven with his Savior, so although we are very sad that he is gone, we know that he is running around with a new body in perfect health.  We are so thankful for this knowledge!

We have been having so much fun together as a family!  For the Fourth of July, we had a backyard BBQ and lit fireworks in the driveway.  My in-laws and my Grandma were able to join us.  Later that night, several of us went to the next town over to watch the BIG fireworks.  Such a blast!

I used Land of the Free by Wishing Well Creations (The Digichick)

My Joys

I scrapped! We took these pictures over Easter, and I’m so glad the boys cooperated!  Such handsome young men!  They both have their first soccer games of the season today, and we are really excited!  They are growing up so quickly!

I created this little digital layout using the new collaboration kit called Celebrating Motherhood by Sugarplum Paperie and Kristin Cronin-Barrow, available at Sweet Shoppe Designs.

Ahh!  It feels good to scrap!
