Top Heavy Box with Cutting Files!

11 November 2010 2,645 views 4 Comments

Hi everyone!! I have exciting news!! Today I have re-released the Top Heavy Box Template and included Cutting Files!! You can pick up the entire set, or just grab the cutting files.

For my sample project, I used some traditional paper from CTMH and some Prima bling.

Notice that in my sample I left the top flap untucked. I usually do, because that is the part I like to pretty up! I use a velcro tab to secure it closed.

Don’t you just love those flowers?! I had a lot of fun playing with some cutting files that were created by my sweet friend Mari Koegelenberg of The Cutting Files (also sold at The Digichick. Oh, and by the way, she is a multiple personality designer!!). She created a set of 3 flower templates (available in cutting files and pdf, psd, etc. for non-cutter folks). I followed a video tutorial she posted on her blog (thank goodness!) and ended up with these cuties! The sweet butterfly is also a Cutting Files new release, and I just cut the shape out of two different pieces of paper, shrinking it down a bit more before cutting the patterned paper. Who needs Martha’s punch when I have Mari’s files?? LOVE them!

Oh, wait. Back to MY release. Ahem.

Yes, you can pick up my Top Heavy Box (with the snazzy name) or just the cutting files in my store at The Digichick!! I modified the original template just a bit to make the lines less noticeable if you are printing it out, but other than that, I simply converted the files!

Have fun creating!

    Thanks, Kelleigh. I have now purchased these files for my after-Christmas use. I have complete confidence in Santa and his gift-giving abilities now that I’ve given him a good push in the right direction. {grin}
