This is what I made with my clearanced ground beef tonight. I found the recipe in an issue of Kraft Foods magazine (which I used to get for free, but I haven’t received a copy in a LONG time, so I dunno what happened). I stock up on Stove Top when it goes 79¢ and below JUST for this recipe.

Kraft calls it:
Easy Pleasing Meatloaf

2 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 cup water
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided

HEAT oven to 375°F
PLACE meat, stuffing mix, water, eggs and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce in bowl.
MIX just until blended.
SHAPE into loaf in 13×9-inch baking dish.
TOP with remaining barbecue sauce. Bake 1 hour or until done (160ºF).
My boys said, “Thank you for making this mom!” They really did. Mitch loves this stuff! It is seriously the easiest and yummiest meat loaf recipe I’ve ever had. (Even better than my Dad’s! Yikes!).
Here is my dish (just to prove I made it):
Kraft has a whole bunch of great photos if you are a visual person. Go here to check it out.
(People of Kraft: Feel free to send me coupons! I’d use them!)

This looks way yummy! I haven’t made any meatloaf in a while and I gotta run to the store this morning…maybe a box of stuffing will find it’s way into my cart…

I love how generous you are! Thank you!
