A sweet little cupcake and a CHALLENGE!

First released last week as a Thank You Freebie for participants of Stampin’ Out Alzheimer’s, this Cupcake Box Template just may be my new favorite. I am so stinkin’ proud of this design! I gotta admit, it wasn’t easy, but once I figured out my basic idea, I just printed a LOT of trials and tweaked it here and there. The boys loved playing with the rejects!! Ha! I’m just so excited that it actually LOOKS like a cupcake!

We had a challenge going over at the Stampin’ Out Alzheimer’s site to make the cutest cupcake! I’ve already announced the winners over there, but I thought I would show them off over here, too!

First up is this AMAZING cupcake made by Dana Gustafson.

Gasp! I know!! Go check out Dana’s blog for more peaks and a totally cool tutorial. I’m completely inspired. I asked Dana to be on my Creative Team, and she said YES!! I’m thrilled, to say the least.

Is that just the most wonderful shabby chic masterpiece, or what? Just gorgeous.

We had a lot of beautiful entries, and it was so neat to see my designs all dolled up! I hope you guys all know how much it means to me when I see one of you create something beautiful out of my stuff! I get all warm and fuzzy inside!!

So, because I like the feeling of being warm and fuzzy, I’m going to issue a little challenge:

Create a GORGEOUS cupcake using my newest Cupcake Box Template. There is a “lines only” pdf version for all of you non-digi types. Just print it and go.
Post your creation in at least 3 places. Might I suggest: The Digichick Hybrid Gallery, Papercraft Planet, and your blog. Of course, feel free to post other places! MSA, DST, DSA, SCS . . . you get it.
Come back here and link us up to one of your posts in the comments of this post so we can see your creation!
Make sure you post your creation by NEXT THURSDAY, June 11th (midnight PST). Yep! You have an entire WEEK to complete this challenge! I’ll announce the winners on Friday, June 12th.

What’s the prize? My favorite cupcake will win a $10 Gift Certificate to my store at The Digichick. The two runners-up each get $5 Gift Certificates. Wahoo!

So, go pick up my newest template (It’s on sale for new release Thursday!).
