This is the coolest thing! This morning I was checking my email and all of the sudden I received something from TodaysMama.com. It was a message saying that I won a 1-year subscription to Mozy! Mozy is an online computer data back-up service that I desperately needed! Of course, I was skeptical, because every once in a while I get a message from the son of the deposed kind of Zimbabwe asking for money (and other items along those lines), so I checked it out. Rachael, the co-founder and CEO of TodaysMama.com, confirmed that YES, this was real! I actually WON a 1-year subscription!! Wahoo!

My files are being backed up as I type this, and it is going soooooo slow. Only about .3% complete. I guess the first time I back up is supposed to take a while (up to a couple of weeks!!!!), but after that it should be no big deal! I’m excited to see how well Mozy works. So, thank you to Mozy for donating the prize, and thank you to TodaysMama.com for randomly choosing meeeee!

In the course of our correspondence, Rachael told me about a great contest going on at her site. Cricut has sponsored a giveaway in which you could win a new Cricut machine and 4 of their new cartridges just by creating a fabulous project using your Cricut and recording the steps with your camera. Details can be found here (scroll down to the bottom). Oh, I would TOTALLY enter the contest . . . if I already had a Cricut. Darn it.
