You’ve seen all those gorgeous blinkies going nuts over there in my sidebar, right? Generally, sites and digital designers create a blinkie for their Creative Teams (which is the same thing as a Design Team, for you all-paper-all-the-time types). The Creative Team member sports the blinkie in their siggy and on their blog as a way of supporting their designer. All of my blinkies are linked to the designers shop, so you won’t have ANY problem picking up the goods.

Digital designers also create adorable blinkies for their fans. If the designer catches the fan with the fan blinkie in their siggy, they might be a recipient of an RAK!. (Random Act of Kindness, mom.) Sometimes I need to translate. (Oh, and siggy is signature. I think you know what sport means. Mwah. Love you mom!)

It’s kinda hard to make a blinkie when you aren’t exactly a kit designer. Now, if I had my own designs to play with, I’m sure I could make the most gorgeous blinkie that you have ever seen. You would be left speechless at the grandeur that is my blinkie. However, I do not have my own designs to play with and no one has volunteered to let me get silly with their designs, so I have to keep my “blinkie” simple. Argh.

My Creative Team (links in sidebar!) has been bugging me about a blinkie FOREVER. They’ve been forced to simply write “and Kelleigh Ratzlaff” in their siggy, and it’s just not as pretty as it could be. So, a couple of days ago, one of my new CT members asked if she could grab my logo for her blog, and I instantly thought of turning it into a button . . . a piece of FLAIR!

It doesn’t blink. It’s not cool like that. It’s just a piece of flair. But, hey. It’s MY piece of flair. Feel free to sport it in your siggy, on your blog, on your forehead, whatever. If you put it on your blog, leave a comment so I can go see! You may be the recipient of an RAK!

This one is small enough to get past the siggy police at DST it is 75px X 75px:

This one is hugamongous (450 X 450) in real life. But, I sized it down to 150×150 for this post. Feel free to do the same for your own purposes!

Oh, and don’t forget to enter the Cupcake Challenge! Time is running out! We only have ONE entry so far, so chances are pretty good that you will win! Hee, hee! I can’t wait to see what you create!

You have flair! Perfect too. Amongst all the non template designers siggie buttons your b&W should stand out well.
