ok, so really quick i love you site. the paper ideas and the garage sale finds.
these are the recipes i use almost weekly.
Reg. Bread: http://moneysavingmom.com/2008/08/homemade-bread.html
Rolls(that actually turn out they way they're suppose to): http://moneysavingmom.com/2010/01/bread-machine-buttery-rolls.htm
And smack yo mama they're so good cinnamon rolls: http://moneysavingmom.com/2010/01/bread-machine-cinnamon-roll.html

Let me just say i am not an expert bread maker, really if i didn't have a bread machine i wouldn't make bread. I hate kneading, i have actually turned down great recipes due to the need for kneading. really i have a very active 7 yr old and a 8 month old & i'd rather be playing with them then kneading.

Here is my absolute FAVORITE bread machine recipe!!! In fact I can't even tell you what it tastes like on day #2 because it never makes it more than a couple hours out of the machine at our house :)

Pretzel Beer Bread
1 envelope yeast
¼ teaspoon ginger
¼ teaspoon sugar
3 cups all purpose flour
2 tablespoons gluten
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/3 cups skinny pretzel sticks broken in half
1 egg white
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
12 oz beer (some say you can substitute 7up or sprite I haven’t tried this to report for sure)
¼ cup warm water

Put ingredients in the bread machine in reverse order starting with the warm water and ending with the yeast then start the bread machine on the white bread cycle or the larger loaf cycle. The recipe comes from the Ultimate Beer Lover’s Cookbook.

I love this recipe for hamburger buns: http://www.recipezaar.com/Homemade-Hamburger-Buns-Bread-Machine-80413 It's the only one I make (and I won't buy buns any more) and we use it for rolls, too. Shoot, I even bought 5lbs of sesame seeds from our co-op to use on these buns. Love. It.
