this was so clever! i wanted to make gift jars this past christmas, but only found recipes from scratch and didn’t have all the ingredients. however, i always have brownie mix and chocolate chips on hand to make for my kids. next year everyone is getting one of these “frugal” jars of brownies and it will save me tons of time and frustration…

I, too, am a crazy coupon lady and *LOVE* this idea.
My “mix” for this holiday season? Chocolate Mousse (aka: 1 box pudding mix + 1 envelope ReadyWhip powder in a jar with a tag)
