Printers usually shrink things just a bit. Make sure you are using the borderless printing options! For these envelopes, I used about 5 different stamp sets by Close To My Heart and random-stamped them with colors to match the fabric. They are just plain white envelopes!! For my own envelopes - the first set I made is a pretty standard weight paper, and they worked great. The second set is two-sided cardstock, and they are nice and sturdy but MUCH thicker. I don't think the second set would have worked in my old Dave Ramsey wallet, so I'm really glad Natalie gave me one of her wallets!!
